 Q: What is your shipping policy?

Orders are currently shipped out between 1-2 business days upon receipt of an order. The USPS has experienced delays due to the high volume of packages recently, so please contact us at orders@quillingcard.com if your package does not arrive within 3-5 business days. We will always provide a tracking number for you to track your shipment. If UPS or USPS temporarily stops their operations, we will be forced to hold any orders until their operations resume. 

Q: Where are your products shipped from?

A: All our products are shipped from our US warehouse in Framingham, MA

Q: May I cancel or delay a previously placed order?

A: If we have confirmed your order for ASAP shipping, there is a chance it has already shipped. If it has not, we will cancel or hold per your request. All orders placed for future ship dates may be canceled or held for confirmation upon your request.
