- All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Massachusetts.
- Orders will be shipped within 24 hours, except on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping cost will vary depending on size and weight of order.
- We offer free shipping on greeting card orders $99 or more.
- Frames, ornaments, DIY kits, wall art, earrings, sticky note covers, Note Card Box Sets, and crochet toys - are not eligible for free shipping.
- Continental US only.
- International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
- Arrival times are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
- We will ship internationally.
- Note that there may be additional fees or delays arising from customs or duties.
- Customers are responsible for all duties and customs in their country.
- Orders will be shipped by best available method.
- Orders can be sent UPS if specified.
- International orders are only accepted through our Shopify portal.
- International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
