1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quilling Card website located at quillingcard.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Quilling Card, LLC ("Quilling Card," "we," "us," or "our"). Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Pricing errors are subject to correction, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices.
Wholesale Pricing: Wholesale pricing and terms are available to approved wholesale customers and are subject to separate wholesale agreements.
4. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment. If your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment received.

Shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are subject to our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
