Quilling Card is committed to ensuring that its website is usable and accessible to everybody. How do I create an account?

You can create a Quilling Card account quite easily. First, go to our homepage at quillingcard.com. Then, on the top right of the page select "My Account." Just enter you name, email, and password and you're all set!

How do I reset my password?

On the homepage, go to the top right of the page and click "My Account." Then, select "Forgot My Password" to reset it.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Just go to quillingcard.com, click on the products you like and select "Add to Cart." Follow our easy checkout process and you'll have your quilled cards in no time!

What should I do if my order won't go through?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of one of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Opera. Microsoft Explorer is not compatible with our website. If you are still experiencing problems, contact us at info@quillingcard.com.

I want to purchase the cards I selected but I don't see a "Checkout" option when I click on my shopping cart. How do I finish my order?

When using our website, if you enlarge your screen or zoom in, this may result in the "Checkout" option not being visible on your screen. Instead, if you need to enlarge the screen, we recommend using the accessibility options we offer on our website. You can access them through the circular purple accessibility widget located on the bottom left of your screen when on our website.

How do I apply a discount code on my order?

When you are ready to check out, select the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page. Select "Checkout" on the dropdown. On the checkout page, enter the discount code in the box where it says "Gift card or discount code."

My discount code is not working. What should I do?

First ensure that the products and quantities you have added to your cart meet the requirements of the discount. Next, when entering the discount code, ensure that there are no spaces between any of the characters. If you are still experiencing problems, contact us at info@quillingcard.com.

Additionally, from time to time we find that other individuals offer a discount code for our products. Those discounts are fake and cannot be honored.

Can I add to my order after it was already placed?

Within a short period of time (under 30 minutes) a request may be made via email to orders@quillingcard.com to add to order, thereafter it is not possible to add additional products  as we ship very quickly in most cases. If additional postage is required a credit card must be used.

What payment options can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, AmazonPay, and ShopPay.

When is my credit card charged?

All payments are processed during checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Here at Quilling Card, we do not have access to your credit card information when you make a payment on our website. All payments are processed through Shopify. Shopify adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. You can read more here.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS First-class Package Service – Retail
  • USPS Priority Mail 2-day
  • USPS Priority Mail 2-day Medium Flat Rate Box
  • USPS Priority Mail 2-day Large Flat Rate Box
  • UPS® Ground
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®
  • UPS Next Day Air®.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We will have your order processed and shipped within 24 hours except on weekends or holidays.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Shipping time will depend on the method used. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, most orders will be received within 10 business days. A friendly reminder that business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends or holidays.

Arrival times are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. There are ongoing delays with USPS due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic and employee shortages. We recommend ordering early to ensure prompt delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once we process your order, you will receive an email confirming shipment that will have your tracking information included.

What is the cost of postage for your square greeting cards?

Quilling Card's signature 6" x 6" greeting cards need to be hand-canceled when being processed at the post office. This requires a $0.20 non-machinable surcharge in addition to the $0.55 postage cost (Forever Stamp) of a 1-ounce First-Class Mail letter. Each of our square greeting cards will need a total of $0.75 in postage or one Butterfly Stamp—a stamp that was specially created by the USPS in partnership with the Greeting Card Association to address the frequent need for extra postage when mailing premium greeting cards. Where are orders shipped from?

All of our cards are shipped from our facilities located in Framingham, MA.

Will my card get damaged in the mail?

Our quilled cards are actually quite durable. We package our products so that they make it to you in the same exact condition they left here.

Returns

How can I return the card?

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied. Please email orders@quillingcard.com, or call 508-405-2888, to arrange a return.

What is quilling?

Quilling is the art of rolled, shaped, and glued paper that results in creating a unified, decorative design. You can learn more here.

Is quilling done by machine?

Quilling is the art of coiling and arranging strips of paper into a beautiful design. To ensure the quality of our cards, each one is handmade by a highly-skilled artisan at our facility in Vietnam. It takes one hour to make each card.

Do you have any cards with printed messages on the inside?

Our cards do not come with pre-printed messages on the inside. Each card comes with a blank insert where you can write your own personal message.

What is the slip of paper inside for?

Each card includes a slip for you to write your own unique and personal message on.

How long does it take to make one card?

Each of our quilled cards are handmade by a highly-skilled artisan. It takes one hour to make each card.

About Quilling Card

Where are Quilling Cards made?

All of our cards are designed by our very talented graphic design team located in Massachusetts. Our cards and other quilled products are handmade at our facility located in Vietnam.

How many artisans do you have?

We currently have almost 500 artisans at our facility in Vietnam.

What does being Fair Trade Certified mean?

Being a Fair Trade Certified organization means providing fair wages and safe working conditions to those who produce goods in less developed countries. It's an equitable partnership between businesses in developed countries and workers in developing countries. For Quilling Card, it's so much more. CEO, Huong Wolf, was born and raised in Vietnam. Through Quilling Card, she is able to give back to her home country and ensure hundreds of young women and men are able to support themselves and their families. If I want to send a card to someone can you write a personal note? How much do you charge?

We are more than happy to write a personal note in your card and to send it directly to your recipient at no additional charge. After you have added your card to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of the page. On the drop down, select View Cart. Leave us a note sharing what you'd like us to write in the "Additional Comments" box. You can also email your note to us at orders@quillingcard.com. Please include your name and order number.

How will I be notified my personal note has been taken care of?

We will email you a picture of your handwritten note once we have finished writing it for your card.

How can I be notified about new quilled card releases?
