Refund policy

For Retail Orders:
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. If you received something damaged or in error, we will provide return shipping. Please email orders@quillingcard.com or call, 508-405-2888 to arrange the return.

Return time may vary, depending on your shipment selection, but we will process returned items and refunds within 2 business days of receiving the product.

For Wholesale Orders:
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or received in error. If you received an item that was damaged, defective or in error we will allow for returns within 14 days of purchase date.
