Co-founder of Quilling Card, Huong’s focus is on constant improvement and growth of the Quilling Card brand. Huong manages domestic and international business operations, and is our point of contact with our team in Vietnam. She always manages to keep production flowing smoothly half a world away. Huong makes several trips back and forth a year to Vietnam working directly with our team of artisans to insure that our fair-trade workshops are running efficiently and are full of happy workers.

Co-founder of Quilling Card, Rafe functions as the lead salesman and financial planner for our company. His years of experience in the retail marketplace are a driving force in Quilling Card’s growth. Rafe is also a world traveler for Quilling Card working with the production team in Vietnam and worldwide distributors.

Sara has been instrumental in the company’s evolution and growth since joining Quilling Card in 2016. What began as a one-person creative role has grown into her leadership of a full-scale design team. In her role as Chief Design Officer & General Manager, Sara now oversees sales, operations, and product development. Her diverse experience gives her a unique 360º perspective, allowing her to strategically influence initiatives across marketing, international expansion, workflow optimization, and ERP system implementation.

Veronica joined the team in Spring 2019 shortly after she graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Design and Marketing from Salve Regina University. She began her time at Quilling Card as a designer and has grown into new roles with increasing responsiblities as the business has grown. Veronica enjoys the variety of projects she has been able to oversee and contribute to at Quilling Card, from Guinness World Records, to product development and marketing strategy, no day is the same! Outside of work Veronica is very active and adventurous enjoying things such as skiing, golfing, boating, hiking and travel.

Amy joined Quilling Card in 2024 after a career in retail buying and planning, followed by a decade in the travel industry. She now loves managing a business built around handcrafted art—being surrounded by creativity every day is a true joy. Outside of work, Amy seeks out theater, dance, and comedy shows whenever she can. She's also a fan of a good true crime podcast!

April joined Quilling Card in 2024 with over 15 years in the fashion jewelry industry, bringing creativity, insight, and leadership. Her expertise spans trend forecasting, product development, packaging, displays, and team management for both emerging and established brands. Passionate about design and mentoring, she delivers innovative, quality products. Outside work, April enjoys time with her children, doting on her guinea pig, Harley Quinn, and attending Comic-Con.

Hannah joined us in February 2023, bringing her background in art and design to the team. She started on the team as the design team coordinator but now is a fulltime illustrator. With a keen eye for detail and a love for storytelling through illustration, she brings creativity and color to every project. Outside of work, Hannah can often be found on stage in local theatre productions or rolling dice in a D&D campaign with friends.

Katrina joined Quilling Card in 2024 with a dynamic background in graphic design and marketing. From visual storytelling to brand identity, imagination and intention are at the heart of every project she touches. Outside of designing, Katrina also loves gardening, playing the piano, and laughing until she can’t breathe.

Matthew joined Quilling Card in April 2023 after six years working in 3D Visualization, bringing with him a multi-disciplinary background in graphic design and digital media. His responsibilities consist of product photography, email marketing creative, video editing, website design, and promotional/campaign development. Beyond design work, Matthew enjoys basketball, film, playing D&D, and serving food at Assunta’s food truck in Westborough, MA.

Janelle joined the team in December 2024 after a decade of working in various industries as a professional storyteller, empowering businesses tell their stories through compelling narratives, strategies, and designs. With extensive expertise in content creation across all stages of the creative marketing process and a passion for writing and learning, Janelle is dedicated to delivering value to Quilling Card's audience. She holds a B.S. in Communications Media, with a concentration in Film/Video Production and a minor in Professional Writing, from Fitchburg State University.

Thomas joined us in May 2025 after five years of working in hospital staffing. He wasn't able to exercise his love of the English language within the medical field, so he sought us out as a better creative outlet. Thomas holds two degrees in Journalism and Philosophy, and is very happy to have found work in spite of that. In his spare time, he can be found running a D&D campaign, playing jazz trombone, or solving a crossword puzzle with his dogs by his feet.

Christine joined the Quilling Card family in February 2025. With over 30 years of experience working in a diverse array of corporations - advertising firms, manufacturing companies, and non-profits - this is her first time working in the retail space. Christine is excited to see how the company grows and how our business expands. Outside of work, she enjoys family game night!

Joan joined QC in 2019 after several years as a bookeeper at a graphics and printng company. She enjoys organizing and maintaining financial data to ensure accuacy and compliance. Outside of work Joan enjoys spending time with family, her pups , playing in garden and bird watching

Erin returned to Quilling Card in 2022 as Operations Manager, bringing with her a passion for building efficient systems and tackling complex challenges. With a strong background in strategic thinking and organizational excellence, she plays a key role in driving operational success across the company. Erin holds an MBA and leverages her education to support continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and is on the sidelines of her children’s many sports activities.

Anya joined Quilling Card in late 2020 after working in Life Insurance Operations, trading policy processing for beautiful handcrafted art. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and is passionate about ensuring clients have fabulous experiences with our artwork. As Wholesale Manager, she combines her operational expertise with her love of creativity. When not helping clients, Anya enjoys hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, crafting, and reading.

Sue joined Quilling Card in September 2024, bringing over three decades of customer service expertise from the medical supply industry. As Order Management Specialist, she's discovered that helping customers with beautiful handcrafted cards is far more enjoyable than processing medical equipment orders. Sue's meticulous attention to detail ensures every order flows smoothly from start to finish. In her free time, she loves treasure hunting at flea markets and diving into mystery and romance novels.

With a creative background in photography and experience running a small business designing custom bags made from technical and recycled fabrics, he brings extensive customer service expertise and a strong commitment to fostering meaningful connections. Outside of work, Justin enjoys screen printing, hiking with his dog Lew, and exploring various creative outlets.
