Huong manages domestic and international business operations, and is our point of contact with our team in Vietnam. She always manages to keep production flowing smoothly half a world away. Huong makes several trips back and forth a year to Vietnam working directly with our team of artisans to insure that our fair-trade workshops are running efficiently and are full of happy workers.

Co-founder of Quilling Card, Rafe functions as the lead salesman and financial planner for our company. His years of experience in the retail marketplace are a driving force in Quilling Card’s growth. Rafe is also a world traveler for Quilling Card working with the production team in Vietnam and worldwide distributors.

Since joining Quilling Card in 2016, Sara has been instrumental in the company’s evolution and growth. What began as a one-person creative role has grown into her leadership of a full-scale design team. In her role as Chief Design Officer & General Manager, Sara now oversees sales, operations, and product development. Her diverse experience gives her a unique 360º perspective, allowing her to strategically influence initiatives across marketing, international expansion, workflow optimization, and ERP system implementation.

Veronica started at Quilling Card as a Graphic Designer and has quickly grown into new roles as the company has grown. Now Veronica is involved in all things Creative and Marketing company wide. From product development, expanding to new international markets and ideating marketing strategies, Veronica is an integral part of Quilling Card.

Amy brings many years of experience in retail merchandising and planning, working with companies of all sizes to drive success. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit, Amy is passionate about building strong partnerships to grow key accounts to their full potential. She joined the dynamic team at Quilling Card in 2024 and is excited to be part of a forward-thinking group dedicated to achieving remarkable results.

Jeremy joined us in March of 2025. His background is in retail customer service and manufacturing procurement, along with a BS in Graphic Design and an MS in Applied Communication from Fitchburg State. It is with this unique combination of skills that he supports QC sales operations in any way he can. His hobbies include woodworking, creative writing and going on adventures with his dog, Jelly.

April joined the team in September 2024. She brings over 15 years of graphic design, which includes trend, product development, packaging and management. She has a passion for design and mentoring others. In her free time, April enjoys spending time with her kids.

Hannah joined us in February 2023, bringing in her background in art, design and administrative work. Her experience in all three fields helps to bring in a unique perspective to the design team. In her free time Hannah enjoys acting in various shows and playing DnD with her friends.

Alex’s background in art brings a unique eye to our design team as she assists with the creation of new designs. From the first sketches to working with our quillers, Alex takes part in every step of the process.

Her passion for unique user experience and stationery are the driving forces behind her creative designs at Quilling Card. In addition to designing, Katrina loves gardening, cooking, and playing the piano.

Matthew joined the team in April 2023, bringing a background in graphic design as well as digital media. His roles involve product photography, designing marketing material, and vector illustration. Matthew's additional artistic interests consist of 3d design, video editing, and animation.

Janelle is a professional storyteller who empowers brands and businesses to express their untold truths and stories through compelling narratives, strategies, and designs. With extensive expertise in content creation across all stages of the creative marketing process, her approach is consistently solution-oriented. Passionate about writing and learning, Janelle has a diverse background that allows her to quickly adapt to various niches and contexts, delivering value to both clients and consumers. She holds a B.S. in Communications Media, with a concentration in Film and Video Production and a minor in Professional Writing English Studies, from Fitchburg State University.

Thomas joined us in May 2025 after five years of working in hospital staffing. He wasn't able to exercise his love of the English language within the medical field, so he sought us out as a better creative outlet. Thomas holds two degrees in Journalism and Philosophy, and is very happy to have found work in spite of that. In his spare time, he can be found running a D&D campaign, singing karaoke, or playing jazz trombone.

Joan joined us in late 2019, with a background in Bookkeeping, Human Resources and Office Administration.Her attention to detail and efficiency is beneficial in day to day operations and will assist with continued growth and company success.

Erin has returned to us after a several year hiatus. She brings over 20 years of customer building relationship skills to QC. She holds an MBA from Simmons College. Her power comes right alongside her energy level and passion towards high end service and open communication. In her non-work hours you will find Erin cheering on her kids in one of their many sports activities.

Peter joined the team in early March of 2021. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys working with his hands. In his free time, Peter enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with his kids.

Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding with a good book and cherishing time with her family.

Scott first joined Quilling Card the spring of 2024 to help us facilitate our companies move, with over 15 years of general construction knowledge has quickly become our onsite handy-man, landscaper and general “can you please” kind of guy.
